Cyrus Christie was born in Coventry, England on Sep. 30, 1992. Played as a professional defender of the Ireland squad, he was widely regarded as one of the excellent footballers of Ireland national football team. Having played for several clubs, he gradually grew into an experienced and skillful professional footballer. In Aug. 2010, he accomplished the first appearance in a match against Morecambe. He was loaned to Nuneaton Town of Conference North in Jan. 2011. But he was recalled by Coventry short after two starts and three appearances.
After served for the Coventry City, Cyrus Christie moved to Derby County by a three-year-long agreement with the club. In Aug. 9, he participated in a match against Rotherham United for Derby County for the first time. Known for dynamic energy, consistency and unremitting efforts, he help the team won many goals in many matches. In Feb. 2016, he won his first Rams goal in the 74th match. Besides, he is also a footballer who has played for Middlesbrough and Ireland national football team.
